Writing for Television

As a television producer, I wrote scripts for documentaries and shorter form segments, organized video shoots, conducted interviews and helped on-location with whatever tasks*needed to get done.

*This could mean running cables, setting up lights or helping corral chickens. Every shoot is different!

Here are a few of my favorite segments:

South Dakota Sea Monsters

The Mammoth Dig Site

The Baker Brothers: Badlands & Mt. Rushmore

Black Hills Reptiles and Amphibians

Badlands Bison Round-Up

A little bit about my Middle Grade  work-in-progress:

Rules of Rodentia

The deep woods are a dangerous place when you're only one inch tall. That's why junior mouse scout Tobin knows the Rules of Rodentia like the back of his paw.

The Rules keep you safe.

But when his own baby brother is snatched away from the Great Burrow, Tobin must decide when to steadfastly follow the Rules-- and when to break them.
